We appreciate the service of over 30 volunteers who helped make it a day of accessible fun for people with disabilities. Pontoon rides were a big hit; kayaks, canoes, and paddle boots provided fun for all ages; and the fish were biting well, which added to the thrill.
Guests could also visit with a variety of vendor booths, build bird houses, dance to music, enjoy grilled hot dogs, and have their faces painted in true fashion.
Special thanks to the following partners who continue to support this exciting event: James River Basin Partnership / Watershed Committee, The Audubon Society of the Ozarks, US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Ebenezer Fire Dept., Missouri Department of Conservation, Ozark Mountain Paddlers, Springfield Sailing Club, OTC Occupational Therapy Students, Ozarks Greenways, Camp Barnabas, H2Ozarks, Wilson's Creek Battlefield / National Parks Service, and Pepsi Co.
